Our Story

Feisty Beer Co was born in lockdown, after 15 years of staring at screens in the IT industry. The grind was real — and we’d had enough. We needed something hands-on, creative, with a bit of soul. Something you can actually taste, with a story behind every bottle.

It all kicked off with a friendly homebrew contest in a Croydon flat. Just two mates, a lot of trial and error, and an unhealthy obsession with getting it right. What started as a bit of fun quickly spiralled into a full-blown fixation. With brewing in the blood and a long-standing love for the stories behind great beers and wines, it felt like we were finally doing something that made sense.

That’s when Feisty Beer Co. was born — a name that reflects everything we wanted this business to be: small, lively, determined, and courageous.

The kitchen setup didn’t cut it for long. We spilled into the garage, the next natural step for any homegrown brewery with big ambitions and then we built our first custom brewing space in Wooburn, where things really began to take shape. And now, we’ve landed in The Orangery — a space that finally fits the vision: community, creativity, and craft.

Every step of the journey has been about more than just making beer. It’s been about building something lasting, with quality, sustainability, and local roots at its heart.
